The Cross Country Cougars ran very well at the Conference Meet at Hagan Stone Park. The Cougars finished 2nd in the Conference for the year. We even have a second place trophy which represents a lot of hard work all season.                                         We put 3 guys in the top 10; Scott Morgan 1st, 16:18, Gordon Cobb 4th, 18:16, Brian Boone 7th, 18:31. These 3 were also named All Conference. Jake Hutcherson who has been sick all week ran a very courageous race with a time of 20:40, and Adam Vaden stepped up big with a PR of 19:55.  Adam has been battling injury all season and this too was very courageous effort.                            Gordon Cobb 18:16, Brian Boone 18:31, Blake Schindler 21:29, Lawson Stancil 24:09, & Jeremy Dilley 27:09 all ran PRs for the season.            Team Scores were as follows; High Point Christian 1st with 43, CBDS 2nd with 54, Caldwell 3rd with 55, Westchester 4th with 100, and Amer Hebrew 5th with 111                                                              A special thanks to all the parents for supporting the team in so many ways.
