Dear Friends and Community Leaders,
On behalf of the athletic department at Calvary Baptist Day School, I would like to welcome you to an opportunity to influence the lives of young people through supporting our Annual Golf Tournament. Our needed resources are derived from athletic fees, admissions, concessions and fundraising. Some of that fundraising comes through the CBDS Annual Fund drive. However, the rest must be raised through the Annual Golf Tournament and sponsorships. I hope you will prayerfully consider setting aside a portion of your advertising budget to support the athletic teams of CBDS.
In the brochure you will find varied opportunities to sponsor CBDS Athletics. The packages offer sponsors recognition at the 2012 Golf Tournament as well as other CBDS Athletic Events throughout the year. If you see that our sponsorship packages don’t exactly match up with your interests, please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss options. Ultimately, it is my goal to expand the support network for Cougar Athletics. Finding a place for those who want to be involved should not be a problem!
Please put Friday, May 18th on your calendar. We would love to see you participate in the 2012 Cougar Classic Annual Golf Tournament. The start time will be at 8:30am at Oak Valley Golf Course. Put your foursome together and plan on a day of celebration with the Cougar Family!
